A KPImailer report can be scheduled in three ways: at a fixed time, after a Qlik Sense application reload, or after another KPImailer report runs.
The preferred method is selected from the drop-down list associated with the Scheduling method tab, and depending on the choice, a settings tab will open that needs to be completed:
- Fixed Time: click on the button representing a calendar, and from the top of the opened window, choose the frequency at which you want the report to be sent: at minute/hour intervals, daily at a specific time, weekly (choose the day and time), monthly (choose the day of the month and time), at intervals of several months, annually (choose the month and day), or in a custom manner defined by a cron expression. After selecting the desired interval, click the Insert Expression button.
- After a Qlik Sense Application Reload: choose the task that reloads the Qlik Sense application and its status (Success, Fail, or Both) that will trigger the report’s sending.
- After Another KPImailer Report Runs: choose the parent report after whose execution you want the report to be sent.
